When you use GoProEmail, we collect information you provide directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment details. We also collect the domain name and email address you choose for your service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve our services: registering your domain, setting up your email, communicating your order status, and providing ongoing customer support. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Information

Payment card details are processed securely through our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We store only the last four digits of your card for reference purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

AI Support Chat

Our help chat uses an AI model to answer questions from our published help content. It only contacts the AI provider after you send a message. Before a message is processed or stored, we automatically redact details such as passwords, payment card numbers and similar credentials, though you should still avoid sharing them.

Chat conversations are logged so we can review answer quality, fix problems and improve our help content. Logs are kept for 90 days by default; this retention period is configurable by our team and logs are deleted automatically when it ends. Signed-out visitors' chats are tied to a secure browser session cookie, and you can erase a chat at any time from the chat window.

If you ask for a person, the chat prepares a support ticket draft that you review and edit. Nothing is submitted until you choose to create the ticket, and your chat transcript is only attached to that ticket if you explicitly opt in.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function (such as maintaining your session during checkout). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
