Set up your new email

Pick your email app below and follow the steps. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes — you'll just need the welcome email we sent you (it has your address and temporary password).

You can browse the general guide below without signing in. For your personal webmail link and mailbox-specific tips, sign in to your account.

iPhone & iPad Mail

Apple's built-in Mail app works great. This takes about 2 minutes.

Open Settings → scroll down and tap Mail.

Tap Accounts → Add Account → Other.

Tap Add Mail Account. Enter your name, your full email address, the temporary password from the welcome email, and a description (e.g. "Work"). Tap Next.

On the next screen make sure IMAP is selected (not POP).

Under Incoming Mail Server: Host Name imap.hostedemail.com, User Name = your full email address, Password = your temporary password.

Under Outgoing Mail Server: Host Name smtp.hostedemail.com, User Name = your full email address, Password = your temporary password.

Tap Next. iOS will verify the settings (this can take 30–60 seconds). When it finishes, tap Save.

Open the Mail app — your new inbox is there.
